The Senatorial Election for 2007 is getting near. The candidates for both Administration and Opposition are busy in promoting their platforms to the public. The Senatorial Candidates has already started with their campaigns. They have different ways on how to show to the people their projects and other activities they prepared. They started posting poster on walls; they made commercials so that the public could easily distinguish the projects they could do and some candidates went to different places to promote their team and as an individual.

Every Filipino has a choice on whom to vote for this coming Senatorial Elections. They have different opinions on different issues like artist that will run for this 2007 election. February 20, The Team Unity went to different schools in Central Luzon to promote the administration, they also went to Pampanga Convention to deal with a huge community. Some of the members of Team Unity were before part of the Opposition. Each of them gave their speech that is all about on how to develop our country and on how they can extend their help to the poor. Most of the Candidate for the team unity are new.

The Senatorial Candidates didn’t mind the heat of the sun and they ignore the thirst they feel. They had their best speeches but could they really help in our country? Nowadays, we need a honest leaders that is why we should vote wisely and Filipinos should waken up their minds to vote for the right persons. We should stay strong and should be knowledgeable to the things around us. Voting a person is not about popularity, it is about responsibility and honesty. A leader should have clean heart in serving this country.

Who is your favorite character?

Who is not aware of mickey mouse? Almost all children are aware of mickey mouse. It is one of my favorite cartoon characters and I admit that I have collect many items of it. I go crazy whenever I see mickey mouse item especially when they are small. Small stuffs are easier to keep than the big one. I watched different movies of it. I influence people to like it also so that I can see more mickey mouse stuffs around me. My collections can make me happy whenever I’m sad.

One day Walt Disney had a vision. It was a vision of a place where children and parents could have fun together. The more Walt dreamed of a "magical park," the more imaginative and elaborate it became.
The original plans for the park were on 8 acres next to the Burbank studios where his employees and families could go to relax. Although, World War II put those plans on hold. During the war, Walt had time to come up with new ideas, and creations for his magical park. It was soon clear that 8 acres wouldn't be enough.

Finally in 1953, he had the Stanford Research Institute conduct a survey for a 100-acre site, outside of Los Angeles. He needed space to build rivers, waterfalls, and mountains; he would have flying elephants and giant teacups;a fairy-tale castle, moon rockets, and a scenic railway; all inside a magic kingdom he called "Disneyland."
Location was a top priority. The property would have to be within the Los Angeles metropolitan area, and accessible by freeway. It would also have to be affordable: Walt's pockets were only so deep.

ALL THE WAY TO SUCCESS!!!

These past few weeks, we are all busy for the preparation for the VJ hunt 2007. We have our own task to do. VJ hunt is done every year and the organizers are the SAMASKOM and usually the third year students of mass communication at Angeles University Foundation. Everybody is so excited towards is project because it can develop our skills, our talents are applied and we have time to interact, mingle with my classmates.
Eating together is what we usually do. Brainstorming while eating can help a lot in conceptualizing ideas to come up to good results. Cooperation refers to the practice of people or greater entities working in common with commonly agreed upon goals and possibly methods, instead of working separately in competition. We have one goal and that is to be successful in producing this event.
Going to school early in the morning, texting our classmates to help us do the other props that will be using, going to school without sleeping because of editing the videos-im one of them. Though you can see in their eyes that we are so tired and all we wanted is to eat and sleep a lot, we still push ourselves to do our responsibilities. All for one, one for all.

Difference between Online and Broadsheet Newspaper

There's a lot of innovations in our world and one of them is the online newspaper. Modern newspaper all over the world are developing and running web newspapers. In online newspaper, you can easily update your news stories anytime. Another advantage of it is you can get any information from the net just by using your cellphone. It means online newspapers can reach more readers in multiple formats. You can easily get contact with the news and events you want to know world wide. What's good about the online newspaper, the editors can get feedback easily so they would know what are the informations the public needed.

Broadsheets is the largest of the newspaper formats. The typical size of a broadsheet is by long vertical pages (typically 22 inches). What is good about broadsheets is that you can bring it anywhere you wanted and you can keep it for some reasons like for example if you have projects you could use it, for clippings and for cutting out pictures.

It has both advantages and disadvantages. I think it depends on where are we going to use it like if you're going to present it to a projector, you can use the online newspaper. Since the popularity of the internet is wide spread, many people are enjoying towards it. But I think newspaper is more credible than the online newspaper knowing that net contains a lot of false information. Print media has a good reputation than the online newspaper.

I started playing when i was in my second year highschool. I never thought that i would develop my skills. My friends are the one who pushed me to join the Varsity team.

On my first day of try-out, I felt nervous because of the senior players. The coach told me to come back the next day for another training. After the training, she approached me and said that i passed the cross- training. I was very happy and so excited for the next day. Being an official Varsity Team is an achievement for me because not all person have the skills like me.

In my five years of playing, I realize a lot of hings like the advantages and dis advantages of volleyball.

DISADVANTAGES:

I skip the lessons that I should be learning on time. I got low grades for i miss some activities during my school days. Maybe, I should learn on how to manage my time more to attain the grades i want to have.

ADVANTAGES:

I have been to a lot of places. I travel for free. That's the best part of being an athlete. It develops my self -confidence and self- discipline which is the most important.

Full- Scholarship. I am a full scholar because I play for the school. We participate in different competitions and mingle with different people. It is a big help for my parents because instead of spending a big amount of money for my studies, they could use the money in our other basic needs. That is why I thank God for giving me such talent like this. I am very fortunate.

Who are your real friends?

-A friend is the one who cherishes kind regard for another person.

I am so fortunate to have a real friends like them. We are 16 . They are Grace,Mafe, Inah, Kalai, Kate, Joy, Jam, Joyce, Melai, Ches, Grace Joy, Lani, Ganda, Bert, Cam and me. I met them when i was in grade six. We have been together for nine year. We all took are highschool at Stella Maris College in Quezon City. If you can notice, we are all girls because our school is exclusive for girls only.

During my highschool days, we never experience cutting classes and doing vices inside the school. Unlike the other schools, they can do whatever they want. I am so thakful that my school guided us that way. The most sad part during our highschool days is the grasduation day. I know this is the time we'll less see each other because we have different schools to go and one of our friend will go to states. We still see each other twice a month.

We all took examination in one school and that was in University of Sto. Tomas but unfortunately, we all didn't pass. What is sad on this part is that we plan ton live in an apartment to help each others homework but all remained as a dream.

In that nine years, we all experience how to get angry with each other because of misunderstandings and sifferent issues we face. We learn to accept each others attitude. problems just made our driendship more strong and firm. We remain happy and bonded eventhough we are far away from each other.
